MIAMIRE Miami River Boat Tour with the Miami River District Apartments

The Miami River District Apartments were invited as special guest speakers on the MIAMIRE Miami River Boat Tour on Friday, March 30th.

This event was a must for all Developers, REALTORS and Agents....The MIAMI REALTORS® Association and the Miami River Commission invited all for a boat trip up the Miami River. The vessel went past boatyards, shippers, restaurants, loading dockets through the heart of downtown Miami into Biscayne Bay. The tour took us to see the developments and other opportunities for residential and commercial real estate investments.

Brett Bibeau, Executive Director of the Miami River Commission, updated us on what's been happening with the distressed properties and what's been selling and what's not. There is good news about the Miami River Developments!!!
